Vin de pays de Vaucluse blanc

Viognier 100%

Vinification :Direct pressing and partially matured in oak barrels.

From the 45-year-old vines, we gently extract the aromatic fruity character. The meticulous work in the vineyards (three hand collected harvests) and the precious work on the lees, enhance its rich texture and its inviting aromatic style.

91 points James Suckling A mineral and slightly creamy viognier here, with dried lemon and hints of nectarine and chalk. Not an aromatic expression, but rather introverted and elegant with quite a crisp, chalky mouth-feel. Drink now.
