SKU #228516  $20.95 wholesale 12X750ml spec

L'ami des crustacés is a dry, fruity and fresh wine with notes of honey melon, citrus and a touch of mineralogy. The wine goes excellent with fish and seafood dishes as well as white meat. It is also very delicious to drink on it's own.
A delicate bouquet which exhales white flowers and citrus aromas, with subtil notes of pear and white peach.
The mouth is lively, dry, pleasant and perfectly balanced with a well-integrated acidity and a touch of minerality.
Very easy to drink, it is also easy to pair with many dishes as it matches very well with appetizers, fish and shellfish, as well as with white meat.

Various hill-sides around the little village of Bergheim, with a predominance of heavy clay and limestone soils.
