Tasting notes-Delicately fruity, this Pinot Noir is a light, fresh wine revealing flavours of cherry, raspberry and blackberry, and soft tannins.

Food & Wine-The Pinot Noir Rosé is a very versatile wine which you can enjoy all along a menu. You can have it by itself as an enjoying glass on a terrace or with a buffet, pair it with some cold and light hot starters, BBQ, roasting meat, salads, or light cheeses! It will also complement some Ethnic dishes as non-spicy Chinese or Thai food.

Les Ami Des Crustaces Pinot Blanc

L'ami des crustacés is a dry, fruity and fresh wine with notes of honey melon, citrus and a touch of mineralogy. The wine goes excellent with fish and seafood dishes as well as white meat. It is also very delicious to drink on it's own. 
A delicate bouquet which exhales white flowers and citrus aromas, with subtil notes of pear and white peach.
The mouth is lively, dry, pleasant and perfectly balanced with a well-integrated acidity and a touch of minerality.
Very easy to drink, it is also easy to pair with many dishes as it matches very well with appetizers, fish and shellfish, as well as with white meat.
